Parmi la flore m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne (de 100 m \u00e0 1000 m), on compte le maquis bien s\u00fbr\u00a0-macchia -, les fructic\u00e9es naines &#8211; apparues suite \u00e0 des incendies.\r\nDans ces grands milieux poussent les <strong>cistes<\/strong>, la <strong>bruy\u00e8re<\/strong> arborescente, le <strong>gen\u00eat<\/strong>, <strong>l&rsquo;arbousier<\/strong>, le <strong>pistachier<\/strong> lentisque, <strong>l\u2019immortelle<\/strong>, la <strong>myrte<\/strong>, la <strong>lavande<\/strong>, le <strong>romarin<\/strong> etc. Les for\u00eats corses sont compos\u00e9es de pins laricio, ch\u00eanes verts, pins maritimes, ch\u00eanes li\u00e8ges\u00a0 et en Castagniccia, de ch\u00e2taigniers. Les <strong>vents forts<\/strong> surtout sur le Cap apportent aussi des variations de temp\u00e9ratures brutales. Mais l\u2019ile connait aussi des nuances du climat alpin au-dessus de 2\u00a0000 m\u00e8tres.
